Recently we were extremely lucky to be admitted into Mother's presence, for it was Mother's day here in Italy. Although she seemed a little tired, she looked very happy to see so many of her children all bearing so many flowers. At the end she simply said "Thank you" and "May God bless you".
Then we asked if we might sing a song, to which she graciously assented, and the Italian. collective (and a few honorary Italians!) sang "Sitting in the Heart of the Universe"
with absolutely no restraint, whatsoever. The song seemed to grow and grow, and every time we sang "SHRI MATAJI WE LOVE YOU" the vibrations flowed with an intensity you rarely experience outside pujas. It was really breathtaking.
