It was another landmark day for all Delhi Sahaja Yogis on the 5th of February. With Shri Mataji's Blessings a havan was performed at the establishment of a new (fourth)Sahaja Yoga Ashram in Delhi , which has been named as "Nirmal Darbar".
"Nirmal Darbar" having a huge Meditation Hall of 1100 sq yards and utilities block of 700 sq yards is situated in the Eastern part of Delhi, and is across the river Yamuna from the existing properties of Sahaja Yoga Trust viz. Nirmal Dham, and the New and Old temples, respectively, where so many times Shri Mataji Blessed us with the privilege of performing Pujas to Her.
The eastern part of Delhi has also seen a phenomenal growth of Sahaj Yoga during the past decade, and the collective endeavours of a large number of humble and devoted Sahaja Yogis have resulted in Shri Mataji's Pure Love, and Her message of Spiritual Enlightenment, spreading further eastwards even beyond Delhi to the rural and semi-urban areas also. ( A couple of months ago about 10,000 persons attended a public programme.)Thus in the land between the rivers Yamuna and Ganga thousands have received their Self-Realisation with the Grace of Shri Mataji, and are established as Sahaja Yogis. This New Temple to our Guru, the Supreme Goddess, will provide an accessible fountain-head for this great collectivity.
At this wonderful programme at the new Ashram, the proceedings started with more than 4,000 Sahaja Yogis gathered there expressing their heartfelt gratitude to Shri Mataji for Her Care and Love, and for giving this gift (of the fourth Sahaja Yoga Ashram) to Her Children in Delhi . Thereafter the Havan was performed taking Shri Mataji's Holy name and invoking Her cleansing powers. This was followed by a Musical Concert. First Pt. Rajendra Prasanna (who has had the great fortune of performing before Shri Mataji earlier), enthralled the gathering by rendition of Raag Vrindavani Sarang & dhuns on Shehnai. Later, Sufi Qawwalis by Amed Jaan Qawwal lifted the listeners to a joyful and dancing mood.
Shri Mataji has worked tirelessly over more than 3 decades for Her children in Delhi , and one can see how Her Love and Her Blessings have borne fruit. We all bow down and offer our humble gratitude. Delhi has been lucky to have Sahaja Yogis who collectively & lovingly translate their devotion into action in the the desired direction. And this time it was no different. The money was collected by all the Sahaja Yogis of Delhi, while the renovation/construction work was overseen by the dedicated Yogis from East Delhi who will also be in-charge of maintaining the premises and caring after all those who come to this Temple of Shri Mataji . Great care was taken to keep the costs to the very minimum.
With Shri Mataji's Blessings once again a new Ashram has come up in Delhi on the foundations of collective Love. It is our prayer at Shri Mataji's Lotus Feet that this new temple also becomes a source of spreading Shri Mataji's Love and Her supreme Gift of Self Realisation. And, as always, the loving collectivity of Delhi Sahaj Yogis is blessed to be Her channels. Our Almighty Mother's Love is our inspiration and strength, and we seek Her Guidance to fulfill our role as Sahaja Yogis in a manner that pleases Her.
