A day after the arrival of Shri Mataji and Sir CP in India , a music program was hosted late in the night on Monday, the 17 th of April 2006 at Pratishthan , Pune.
The performance began with the rendition of Swagat-Aagat-Swagatam with Holy arrival of Shri Mataji and Papaji in the hall of Pratisthan where the programme was being hosted.
This was followed by some popular bhajans like …. Shubh mangalamaya diwas hai aaya , Gajamukha Ganesha mangalamoorthi vignesha , Shri Jagdambe aayi re, Usko nahin dekha humne kabhi
The musical choir group of eight Yogis and four Yoginis who had come from Mumbai offered their performance at the Holy Lotus Feet of Shri Mataji. They performed on instruments like the Harmonium, Tabla , Flute and Sitar. The rest of the Sahaja Yogis were on vocal who joined the choir to sing in either solo or in chorus.
Amongst the audience were the members of the Indian National Trust, Sahaja Yogi brothers and sisters who arrived with Mother from Australia and the collectivity who are closely associated with Pratisthan.
The program concluded with the offering of two flower wreaths at the Holy Lotus Feet of our Divine Mother. While the musicians offered their heartfelt gratitude and reverence at the Holy Lotus Feet of Shri Mataji. Shri Mataji was seen very pleased with the performance and blessed the musicians. While, at one point of time Mother enquired about the performer on the tabla and blessed the tabla player with the words… “ Bahut accha bajaya ” in Hindi meaning “You played very well” in English.
A few minutes after the music program ended there was yet another occasion of joy in the hall as Sadhana didi and her daughter Anupama arrived from Mumbai. Sadhana didi was heard saying that she had come straight from Mumbai after arriving there from Dubai and was very eager to meet Shri Mataji and then the two of them proceeded to Shri Mataji's room.
